When I met you, you were young and hot.
I never thought I had a shot,
to make you all mine one day.
On my arm, I was proud of you to display.
But honey, what has changed with you?
It seems these days, you just make do.
You go to the grocery store in your PJs.
It’s like you’re trapped in some malaise.
Of course I love you no matter what.
Even though you’ve become wider in the butt.
I’m not the handsome devil I used to be.
But together we’ll live life with glee.

Life is certainly a wonderful journey. Nobody wants to age and lose their youthful energy and appearance. But those are the realities of life. It's actually not that bad when you age with someone that you love.
We all change. Most of us put on some more weight because our metabolism slows down. Our daily routines involve so many things that we end up being really busy most of the time. So I'm not surprised that some people run around town in their PJs. Maybe because they are so busy, they are willing to take a quick power nap virtually anywhere. Even in the long line up at Walmart.
