The above poem may be shared with someone that you know that is not a morning person. I have a few friends that absolutely dread waking up each morning. I'm going to have to email this poem them.


Personally, I'm a morning person, however, I do love sleeping in until 9am or sometimes 10am on the weekends. I guess we all do sometimes.

You could also try giving this poem to your boss. So he will understand why you are late to work sometimes. Just make sure your boss has a good sense of humor, otherwise he/she may not take it as a joke, and I don't want to get you fired.

I'm trying to think of who I should give this poem to. I know I can't give it to my mom, because she's a workaholic and is always the first one at work. I just realized my brother-in-laws girlfriend is always late to work. That's perfect, and I know that she has a good relationship with her boss.

So the point of this poem is to make people laugh, not get them fired. So please be cautious when sharing it with your boss. I don't want to be mentioned on the news as the cause of rising unemployement rates in our country. That is not exactly a noble achievement.
