Funny valentine day poems are not suppose to be very romantic. At least the one below is not romantic.

Some people go all out on Valentine's Day, while others are not to crazy about it. Those that do go all out, use that opportunity to remind their significant other how much they love them. An elegant dinner, delicious heart shaped chocolates, and pretty roses are just a few of the things that are common on this special day.

Sharing love poetry is also common, and in my opinion, more important and special than anything you could buy in a store. Finding a nice valentine day poem and adding it to a personal love letter is also a great and effective idea.

Some people are against the commercial nature of Valentine's Day. Personally, I do not blame them. We all know that this day can get quite expensive. That's why so many individuals are against it. But I disagree.

Instead of boycotting Valentines Day because it can be very commercial. I think we all need to make a personal choice of how commercial we want to make it. It doesn't even have to cost a single dime. Go for a walk to a park and read some love poetry, followed by candlelight dinner at home. You have to eat anyways, so why not just add a few candles and watch an old romantic flick. It's all personal choice.

In my opinion, we should embrace this day, and try to duplicate it even once a month or once every few months. Sharing funny valentine day poems is another inexpensive (free) way to celebrate.
