Funny Spring Poems
Now that it is Spring, it's time to share some funny spring poems with our family and friends. Let's take a look at the one below.
Springtime is here, let’s paint our toes.
And put away our winter clothes.
It’s time for sandals and breezy skirts,
bathing suits and sleeveless shirts.
We should stock up on SPF 20,
or sunburns we’ll be feeling plenty.
I have to protect my sensitive skin.
Many are blinded by my pale shins.
One thing though I don’t like about spring.
I hate the annoyance of shaving my things.
Because we don’t live in Southern France,
we can’t walk around in hairy leg pants.

Are you excited that spring is finally here? Well, if live in one of the northern regions of the globe, I'm sure you are excited. Even though the winter was fairly light this year. I believe it only snowed a few times up here in Canada.
Well anyways, we are excited that Spring is finally here and warm sunny Summer weather is just around the corner. I left my cave and stopped hibernating just a few days ago. It's nice to be outside again.
Just like the above poem implies, it's time to take out those sandals. I've been wearing mine for the past 2 weeks, and it's still April. They are just so much more comfy and breezy than anything else except going barefoot.
I can't relate to the last stanza that Angela wrote because I'm a guy and don't need to shave the legs (than God). That would have been a huge inconvenience if that's how society or gender roles worked.
I will try to convince Angela to write some more funny spring poems for you. But in the meantime, we have a pretty funny one above.
