Hey there, sis! Did you know you are a nerd?
Without your thick glasses, I’m sure your vision’s blurred.
In case you haven’t looked into the mirror in awhile,
your braces make you look like a geek when you smile.
While I’ve got your attention, I guess I should tell you,
about attracting boys, you really haven’t got a clue.
Looking like a doofus certainly isn’t the way to do it.
When they see you coming, they all laugh till their sides split.
I’m only telling you all of this to help you, don’t you see?
What the kids at school think of you reflects back onto me.
This weekend, let’s go to the mall and get you a makeover.

In order for that one to work, your sister would have to be a nerd. Because if your sister is far from that, than it may not work. However, here's another funny sister poem, that may be more suitable for your sister.
Reading over the above poem, I think I might actually share it with my wonderful older sister. She's in her 30s and has her own family. But she's still a bit of a nerd. So I think it will work. I will print it out and give it to her the next time I see her. Better yet, I could probably just text it to her right now. Great idea.
I'm not intending to be cruel or anything, I just want to make her laugh. Because no matter what our differences were in the past, she is my sister and I do love her.
