Funny Poems About Life
Welcome to the funny poems about life page. The everyday routines of life can often be quite funny, just like this poem implies.
Funny Life
Nothing’s certain in life except death and taxes.
At least that’s how some poet’s waxes.
But I will have to disagree,
You can count on humor with certainty.
Who wouldn’t find the morning funny,
getting dressed while it is sunny.
You leave the house, weather’s gone to hell,
Now you’re wearing shorts for a cold spell.
How about when from the bathroom you issue,
not noticing you’ve stepped on toilet tissue.
Nothing is funnier than entering the big meeting,
then from everyone’s laughter retreating.

Do you agree that life itself is often very funny? That you don't need to go to the cirrcus or watch a funny movie in order to have something to laugh about. All you have to do is go about your daily routine, and funny things are bound to happen to you and to others around you.
Sometimes when I am simply walking on the sidewalk I trip over my own feet. If someone sees this, they often laugh, and I end up laughing as well. That's the funny thing about all of this. It is the simple things in life that bring us the most laughter.
What are some of the things that make you laugh that you encounter during your daily routines? Is it the way someone acts? Is it your friends or your kids? The possibilities are endless.
My wife makes me laugh on a daily basis. She just knows exactly what time of facial expressions to make and exactly what to say to make me laugh. I truly appreciate that, as it puts a huge daily smile on my face, and brightens my everyday.
So know you know what funny poems about life are all about. Now that's what I call a funny statement. Enjoy!
Eating Well
Everyone wonders what we should eat,
to stay at the top of our form.
Veggies or fruit or lean red meat,
discussions go on and on.
We know we need carbos and protein and fat,
and vitamins and minerals, in addition to that.
And pure, clean, fresh water with chlorine and fluoride,
every wise eater uses that as a guide.
Yes, all of that has been demonstrated,
but after that it gets complicated.
Our cells must divide in their own special way,
have you ever heard of DNA?
It tells the proteins you eat what they should do,
once they get inside of you.
Your muscles grow firm, not flabby nor flaccid,
with a little well-placed nucleic acid.
Directing that protein, and its constituent parts,
into identical cells, like fake works of art.
Be sure that your protein is rich and complete,
if it isn’t, you just may as well not eat.
It must contain - Do you have a pencil,
write this down because this is essential.
Leucine, lysine, isoleusine, phenylalanine,
methione, theonine, tryptophane and valine.
That is very important, don’t mess with this.
when those amino acids go missing, there’s no protein synthesis!
Does that sound too complex?
I can see you’re bemused,
No wonder the average person’s confused.
So, here is a plan that is easy and fun,
proper eating should never confuse you.
This diet will get you out in the sun,
and maybe even amuse you.
Before each meal, run at least one mile,
then stroll through a meadow and graze for a while.
Gnaw on some stalks; nibble some seeds,
look under rocks for munchy, green weeds.
Crunch up some bark,
with the ants still inside.
Chomp moist, yellow grass,
where sow bugs reside.
Now that’s pure, natural food,
it’s what you been missin’.
You’ll find the road to good health,
in this field of Nutrition.
