Lactose Intolerance
Lactose intolerance sucks.
I can’t have a cheeseburger deluxe.
If I do, I’ll wind up gassy.
That wouldn’t be very classy.
Lactose intolerance is lamentable.
Though it often is preventable.
I must avoid all dairy.
My stomach sings like a canary.
Lactose intolerance is an affliction.
It’s not a work of science-fiction.
I can not eat any ice cream,
or my bowels will flow like a stream.

Will you share that poem with someone you know that is lactose intolerant? I am sure that it will make this person laugh. Unless of course as you give it to them, they are experiencing the consequences of being lactose intolerant.
We all have something that we need to put up with. But instead of worrying about it to much, I think we should make fun of whatever we have.
Comedy and humor is definitely the medicine for the soul. Yes music as well. But laughing is really good for us. It makes us happier and healthier. We should all make a conscious effort each day to laugh. During random moments at work or at home.
