But what kind of person does that?
How about that frog in your throat?
Your health he’s not there to promote.
Of course you can beat a dead horse.
Though you still may feel some remorse.
But never let them get your goat,
when they break your best gravy boat.

Let's take a look at this funny dog poem. This poem talks about a dogs life. I remember getting my first dog when I was only 2 years old. He was a beautiful german shepherd named Cesar. I remember he was very powerful, just like Cesar, lol.
Critters
Don’t tell PETA, I like to eat critters.
The stuff of nightmares, vegetarian jitters.
Everything’s better wrapped up in bacon.
Try it, you’ll see, I am not mistaken.
Cows are cute, and also quite tasty.
Don’t turn away a cheeseburger hasty.
Rump roast and steaks, maybe a rib,
messy barbecue sauce, requiring a bib.
Turkeys are juicy, so are plump chickens.
Stir in some flour, the gravy to thicken.
Fricasseed, stewed or fried, all equally delicious,
PETA can stuff it, ‘cause critters are nutritious.

It's not about a cat,
It's not about a soccer rookie,
Or anything like that.
It's also not about my shoe,
Or cows from outer space,
Or a lawyer saying “SUE!”,
Or squirrels on your face.
This poem's not the slightest bit,
About random pencil led,
There is not a piece of food in it,
Or hippos overhead.
It's not about shepherd’s sheep,
Or eighty-five times nine,
Or watching grandpa fall asleep,
Or the monster Frankenstein.
It’s not about a Star Wars Wookie,
Or monkeys in the hall.
This poem is not about a cookie,
Or anything at all.
Goes on a Squirrel
Scrambles and brambles onto the trees,
Goes on a squirrel as busy as bees.
At last, it reached its little nest,
But all he wants is a long rest.
Out gleams the sun shining bright,
But oh it passes into the dark night.
But still the squirrel didn't mind,
Not even opening its little eye.
